 DUH self-priming pump is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, light industry, electric power, power industry, pharmaceutical, textile, environmental and marine fields, used for transporting low or high temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid, clean liquid or liquid containing solid grain, especially suitable for conveying gas containing liquid, and frequent start, stop and move working circumstance.
The range of performance
DUH series self-priming pump flow(Q) up to 400m3/h, head(H) up to 80m, the transported medium temperature is -20~125 ℃, the highest degree of vacuum is 500~700mmHgo; the maximum self suction height decreases with increasing the gasification pressure, The maximum self suction height and medium gravity is inversely proportional relationship.
Commonly materials
304、304L、316、316L、904、904L、CD-4MCu、 haynes alloy, cast steel, cast iron and other materials should be based on the specific use of the transport medium.
Design features
DUH series self-priming pump designed by forced gas-liquid separation and the international advanced technology .It is  single-stage, single suction, horizontal centrifugal pump, the installation size conforms to the ISO2858 standard; it has extensive performance, its efficiency, NPSH performance, self-priming performance are better than other types of domestic self-priming pump.
The design of the structure of the pump is simple, no vulnerable to have trouble,easy to maintance. It doesn’t need  bottom valve, vacuum pump, gas separator and other auxiliary equipment. In addition to the initial start needs to inject liquid, no longer need to be injected into the repetition priming liquid, convenient operation and use.
Recovery capability, allowing the medium mixed with gas, with strong suction capacity. Smooth curves, high efficiency, it won’t cavitate easily.
The self absorption principle
Before start-up, it has a certain amount of liquid, after start, with the rotation of impeller and the centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown into the pump . The reflux cavity returned to the recirculation impeller inlet. In the process of continuous circulating liquid, the air in the suction pipe will be taken to the circulation liquid, the formation of gas-liquid mixture, this mixture to the separation chamber by the impeller of the pump are separated, the gas from the outlet overflow, liquid is returned to the inlet of the impeller recirculation, this continuous, until completely exhausted all the air in the suction pipe.
