  LCZ standard chemical pump is horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal process pump. Its dimensions and performances conform to the DIN24256/ISO2858 standard.

Design features
Impeller adopts closed or semi open.
The impeller is provided with a back of a piece, so then reducing the mechanical seal pressure, extending the service life of mechanical seal. The impeller nut with anti reverse loosening device, the pressure acting on the shaft seal is compensated by means of back shrouds or balancing holes at the impeller. shaft seal has various types of soft packing, single face or double face sealing, good ability to adapt to the complicated working condition. Cooling water flushing using API682 scheme type, to ensure the sealing service ,especially for high temperature or low temperature, strong corrosion medium characteristics is preferred.
Supporting type for the foot structure. This structure can bear the pressure brought about by the pipeline, after the door type, convenient maintenance, don’t need to remove the import and export pipeline to repair.
